She has now been involved with beekeeping for over 12 years and has grown her passion to include selling local raw honey and honey products to beekeeping workshops and demonstrations for local elementary schools and libraries, sharing her passion and understanding for all things apiculture. Mid Hudson Hives has a seasonal self serve roadside stand dubbed “The Hive” by all those who love it. She has a passion for designing gift baskets and shower favors with attention to detail and uniqueness for every individual event.
